These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for the products, services and experiences (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by KITSUAI (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

This service includes shisha (smoking equipment/smoking experience) and is therefore not available to persons under the age of 20.
We may ask for age verification, and may refuse use if we are unable to verify your age. If we discover that you are under the age of 20, we may suspend your use or cancel your application without prior notice.
Article 3 (Prohibited matters)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
Use and application by those under 20 years of age
Actions that cause inconvenience or harm to other users, management, or third parties
Unauthorized photography, recording, and acts that violate privacy
Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
Any act that interferes with the operation of this service
If the project determines that any of the above applies, it may suspend use or ask you to leave.
Article 4 (Service Contents)
This service is intended as a cultural and taste experience, and does not guarantee any specific efficacy, effects, or results.
Article 5 (Application, Cancellation, Refund)
Application methods, cancellation policies, and refund conditions will be as described on each product or service page.
Due to the nature of the service, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted after the application has been confirmed.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Project shall not be liable for any illness, difference in experience, or damages arising from the use of this service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms)
The Project may change these terms as necessary. The changed terms will take effect when they are posted on this page.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
